So my friend asked me to build a $600 dollar pc for him for Christmas because hes knows nothing about pcs and i know his favorite game is battlefield so will these parts run bf4 smoothly?

amd athlon ii x4 750k

MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 micro atx motherboard

Kingston Technology HyperX 8 GB

Gigabyte GTX650 Ti Boost 2GB GDDR5

WD Blue 1 TB Desktop

Corsair cx 600 power supply

Solution
The 650ti would barely give 30FPS at 1080P on high, so to play decently, that system would have to drop down to medium or lower graphics to play at a decent framerate.

http://www.bf4blog.com/battlefield-4-retail-gpu-cpu-benchmarks/ shows roughly where the CPU would fall if the graphics card wasn't an issue.

Unless you want to play at low graphics or on a monitor less that 1080p, you won't get a BF4 build at that price.

i am not an expert when it comes to AMD cpu's (have not read for a while since im happy with my 2500k :)
but, as for the gpu, while it is OK, smoothly would depend on your graphics settings. since you have some budget constraints, you will just have to tweak the settings so that fps wont suffer. There are several benchmarks out there, try to look for the 650Ti boost, and see how it performs.
