This build's advantages:
Much better graphics card
Better processor.

Disadvantages:
Less ram (should be ok if you dont open many programs in the background - upgrade if you wish)

Smaller hard drive (have you ever used more than 500gb hard drive fully? if you have keep your data on that one. if you haven't, i say 500tb should last you a good few month)
