How does this budget gaming build fair?

I am trying to keep the cost as close to $600 (including windows 7 OS and a cheap keyboard), so any suggestions for improvements/alternatives would be helpful.

Just figured I would run this by a second set of experienced eyes before buying the parts.

If your looking to go the cheaper route and can't save the extra $100 for the OS then get something along the lines of a R9 270, R7 260X, GTX 650ti, or 650ti Boost instead of the R9 270x to make up for the $100 OS.
