600$ budget system for Autodesk Revit 2014

Hey there,

So im helping a friend out to build him a great running Revit system under 600$. This computer will only be use for personal use as typical workstation.

I need help figuring parts since i don't know where to cut back.
-He will not overclock,
-he will not game,
-he doesn't need much data space inside,
-Windows 7 already taken cared of,

I have tried something but i have busted already the budget :http://

Can you guys help me make another list with all your intel knowledge on for these parts; CPU, MOBO, GPU, RAM, Storage, CASE, PSU.

maybe a GTX 650 TI or HD 7770.
