I really need this to work out and so i need an os, and a monitor included. I would also like if you could add the Phanteks evolv itx case as it is pretty cheap and very well known

I would suggest this, the build in GPU is strong enough to run mild games, it is a good PC, allows for upgradability and you can add an external GPU in the future and it will become fast.
However for gaming for a PC which wont be upgraded then go for:

Has a better GPU will run games better, but still I would favor the first option.
