$600 dollar pc

Solution

I completely disagree with your statement. Even a GTX 750 ti can run the latest games at medium 1080P with good FPS.

The 1050 should be able to run 1080P high settings on the latest titles with around 50-60fps.

False, this really depends on the games you want to play.
Also a ssd doesn't impact gameplay at all just loading times.

Well going for GPU instead of CPU will result in better gaming experiance, true but if you consider current GPU prices, CPU is better option, and if you say that SSD will not change your experiance then buy HDD and wait 2 min for quickload on skyrim :)
Both sets are fine, I just find mine a better performance/price ratio.

Again that really depends on the games a better gpu instead of a better cpu doesnt ALWAYS yield in better results.
you are biased , talking straight up about skyrim. Maybe op plays league of legends for instance waiting 20s or 2min for the last person to connect and than play a game for 50min...

You will need a more powerful graphics card if you really want to game with your system - even at just 1080P. Minimum card recommendation is an Nvidia 1060 or AMD RX580. Unfortunately, the stupid Bitcoin craze has inflated the prices of all mid and high end graphics cards 🙁

You do realize that what you're suggesting would double the budget, right? I know it sucks, but we got to deal with it for the time being.
