Approximate Purchase Date: One month from now.
Budget Range: Max is 600 euros. Prefer cheaper.
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Webdevelopment (2d design, programming, browsing) 70%, Gaming 20%, Movies 5%, other 5%.
Are you buying a monitor: I'm buying two but not included in this budget. (1920x1080) I don't want to game on both of them.
Parts to upgrade: Everything
Do you need to buy an OS: no, I have both an unused copy of win8 and win7 left to use.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: None really but http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/ is a good price comparison for the Netherlands. I don't mind buying from separate shops.
Location: Netherlands.
Parts Preferences: None
Overclocking: Probably not unless its really worth it for someone who has never done it before.
SLI or Crossfire: If it gives me better performance for my money sure.
Your Monitor Resolution: 2x 1920x1080
Additional Comments: The room got hardware on display (ancient hardware for show) and I think having a window in the case would be great. I don't mind flashy LEDs but I prefer a clean and simple look. Cable management is almost a must. The pc will be on for most of the day and quiet fans would be a plus.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Currently using an old laptop and its getting uncomfortable using this screen and keyboard. (Just plugging in an other screen + keyboard is not an option).

This is a very good build and it comes out to about 500 euros. I'm not exactly sure what shipping will be to the Netherlands, or if you can even buy from these UK websites, but it is a good start to a recommendation.

If you have any questions, just ask.
