I have $80-90 to spend, what should I upgrade? Also, is 500W enough considering I won't overclock cpu / gpu? Machine going to be used primary for gaming.

Thanks.

If ou are near a microcenter you could save some cash on the i5 and get a different mobo. but that being said I would upgrade the gpu. if you are not going to oc anything 500W should be enough. Also since you are not comboing your i5 you don't need the 2500k you could just get the 2500 saves $10
