600$ gaming build

I want to start with a low end gaming build and slowly upgrade. I know what i want to upgrade too, but i want to play a heavily modded oblivion and fallout to hold me off until i upgrade. All im asking for is the best performance at 600$ max. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated
