$600 Gaming PC

I'm looking for a good gaming Desktop for my brother, I am more than willing to build it myself considering I built my computer (With help from here actually!) ... He original wanted a Laptop but I've convinced him that a Desktop would be even better.

I already have the monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, Wifi card and HDD

My budget is $600 and he wants it to be able to run Modern games like Skyrim at atleast High graphics. Ultra would be even better though!
