My understanding is that the problematic sleep state can be disabled if necessary. I went with the Seasonic because it's a known quantity on the tier list, but, if the Rosewill is a good reliable unit, it's a bit cheaper anyway.

I personally haven't had any complaints yet about putting the Rosewill ARCs in builds, but they are only rated for 40C, which is one of my biggest gripes about PSUs. It's been slim pickings since the CAPSTONES got discontinued.
