These are the parts that I would prefer. You can play all games at high-ultra settings.Prices may vary.So I've got this build for 640 Australian dollars. So even if prices rise or maybe its a little costly in your country (i recommend amazon), then it will be all budgeted. This build will surely run bf4 and upcoming games like gta 5 at ultra (at least high) settings at 40 - 60 fps.

should i get 7870 oc becuase its around 219 instead

Both are great. I like amd more. But in this case I recommend 660 superclocked more.
