I'm thinking of building a PC of a budget of 600. I want to play the new high end games at medium-high settings at 1080p.

Do you need everything, including monitor, mouse, keyboard, OS, case etc. ?
For 600$ i doubt you can play most of them with medium-high settings @1080p.

This one closer to your budget limit, and will perform great at 1080p medium/high settings. However, my advice would be to scratch up 100$ more, and include ssd / better motherboard / 520 psu in the build.

What about the i5 6400 or 4460? And can't i get the RX 480

go for ASRock - H110M-HDV it is much better than Asus - H110M-E.
