Would anyone change a thing with this ? I will eventually be adding a GPU when I get moved and ready to play a bit. Wondering about the MB, does it have on board graphics ? and the CPU is there anything I can get for a little more ? Was told to try for a Z97 board. I can get up to about 550$

Solution
That motherboard doesn't have an integrated GPU.

The PSU you chose is not powerful enough for the FX-6350 + a mid/high end GPU. Get a 550W 80+ bronze certified at least (EVGA, Antec, XFX, SeaSonic preferably).

Out of that, everything is OK.

Z97 is for Intel.
