$600 USD Gaming Build for Friend

Hello, TomsHardware community, long time no see.

Anyways, my friend wishes to venture into PC gaming, but doesn't want to have to sell his kidney to get good performance. For this budget, I know that you can't max out Crysis 3 at 4K, but I do know that there is some good performance in this range as well.

You've got yourself a nice budget build there.

My only suggestion would be to look at some of the crazy-cheap R9 280 that are going at the moment. Adding $25 to your build (if you count MIRs, which your current build does), you can add this Sapphire Dual X R9 280: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202099&cm_re=r9_280-_-14-202-099-_-Product
