600 va ups fail to load with 450 watt psu

My ups is Intex Elegant 600 va, It load perfectly (backup time 10 min) when I use Asia power 500 psu, but when I upgrade my psu with cooler master thunder 450 watt, my pc shut down automatically during load shading (within 1 munite), and ups make sound beeeep continuously. What is the reason?pls help.
my pc configuration is,
23" lg led monitor
AMD FX 6300
4Gb ddr3 ram
hd 7750 ddr5 1GB graphics card
1 TB hd.

pls help me.

Your UPS is 600VA and your PSU is pulling more than 450watts from the outlet. In a perfect world, your UPS should be able to output 600watts, but since the UPS itself uses some amount of power for it's own circuitry, it has less than 600watts to power your computer. Generally you'll have 380-450watts remaining to power devices plugged into the battery side of your UPS on a 600VA unit, depending on it's efficiency. Your power supply, if 80+ certified, will pull upwards of 560-565watts from the outlet (the draw of the PSU will decrease as efficiency increases but 80% efficiency is pretty average)...which will easily overdraw a 600VA UPS. You need a larger UPS.... That "Asia Power" unit is probably an overrated 300-400watt unit and...
