[SOLVED] 60c Idle but under full load it stays 80 or under?

Hello, I got a Ryzen 5 3600 with the stock cooler. Like the title says, the average idle speed is 50-60c, but even under a cpu stress test it never goes above 80c average. 60c seems like a pretty high idle from what I can tell, but it sounds like its still safe is it not?

Is this too high? I reapplied the thermal paste and cleaned the cooler but it didn't do anything. Is this something to be worried about? Should I change the cooler?

The CPU fan is running at a lower speed to minimize noise at idle.

60C is fine.

It is completely fine. If it bothers you - you can adjust the fan curve to make it cooler (and louder).
