Will a 60hz monitor be enough with Rx 570 or 580 or will it hold you back? Is there any point in going 75hz since 144hz is too expensive for me

Go with a 75hz monitor if it cost at max 30 dollars more than the 60hz monitor. There is a noticeable difference, even ln a RX 570.
