60hz vs 75 hz monitors

I am using G1 970 GPU. it will drive more than 75 fps i guess.

i have two options for triple monitors setup.
Asus 247
-75 hz
-TN panel
-1ms

acer h236hl
-60hz
-ips
-5ms

ignore the 1 and 5 ms. but obviously i am getting 60 fps with the acer. So is there much differences between 60 and 75fps ?

obviously i know it. they are 60hz and 75hz. so i can get 60fps and 75fps. i just wanna know if there is much differences. if it is then i will go with 75hz. if not i iwll choose 60hz
