60hz vs 75hz?

Last night, I go to the setting to check my monitor's hz and I realized that I can changed my monitor's hz from 60 to 75. Should I do it? Will it harm my monitor?

Yes. Do it. You'll be able to get 75 fps instead of 60.

It will not harm your monitor in any way, and you will notice a slight difference in gaming. Make sure you use a video cable that supports your resolution and refresh rate.

Nope. It’s a 75hz monitor, if it wasn’t safe to run at that frequency then it wouldn’t wouldn’t be an option. Hope I could help.
