I believe, this is what you were looking at:
http://www.netonnet.se/art/dator/bildskarm/monitor-23-till-24-tum/asus-vn247h/200677.3020/
For about $30 more, you get 144Hz, 1ms, excellent gaming monitor:

^I'd get the second one.

Problem is i dont think that we in sweden have that monitor in shops :/

What are the relative prices then? It's hard to tell w/o a reference, you see $220 for a 60Hz monitor is quite high, but that may be a great deal there. Can you tell us what website would you be using to get the monitor, if you purchase online, or prices of couple more monitors.

the website is netonnet.se and i will purchase online yes

Thanks mate! ill get the second one. here is the other question if i may ask.

Without anti-alliasing or what ever is called and without v-sync i get 120fps on league of legends with my computer. with v-sync on and AA i get 50FPS why is it so? and will i get 120 FPS with V-sync and AA with the second monitor?

AA and V-sync are mainly dependent on what GPU you have. V-sync locks the screen until the GPU completes the scene completely, thus preventing screen tearing, and the locked FPS is usually higher than w/o v-Sync, but it prevents screen tearing, if you don't have that issue, free feel to keep it off. AA is like topping on cake, making edges smoother and more beautiful, and it again depends on GPU, not monitor. So you'd get what you get on your current monitor, if its a FHD.
