620$ Pc build Gtx 970 help?

Hello i'm trying to build a gaming pc that includes a gtx 970 that I do not own yet I have 620$ to spend and was looking for some help with the power supply, RAM, motherboard and the CPU since I don't feel confident enough to pick it myself. I already own a OS, Case and hard drive. Will be running windows 10 and I have a 1tb WD black for storage. Also i'm Really wanting the build to have a GTX 970 not biased on any version of it. Sorry, wasn't paying attention, Post your case, so we can put a Mobo that fits. It should get a lot cheaper. My bad, my reading comprehension on a friday at 10pm is not the best.

Try This: I acknowledge it's $13 dollars over, but less money is a big compromise.
