Well the title says it all. Here is my specs:
i7 3770K @ 4.7Ghz (run daily)
P8Z77-V
8GB DDR3 1600
HDD: WD Black 1TB
Graphic: Giga r9 280X @1100
3 fan 120mm
I'm going to OC everything (CPU, VGA, RAM).
Seasonic S12II 620W, will it fit my PC ? Should I go for a 750W PSU ? I can only find Seasonic, FSP and Corsair in my country.

Solution
Efficiency isn't the first concern you should have. Wattage isn't even the first. Build quality is. If there are concerns with build quality and the quality of power produced, avoid.

Thank you. But as I said, it's VERY hard to find Rosewill, EVGA or Antec in my country (Vietnam)

I didn't realise those you listed were the exclusive choices.

In that case I would mirror everyone else here and say to go with the Seasonic.

Thank you everyone.
But I have another question. My friend suggests that I should go with a FSP Raider 650w, as it has 80+Silver, 650W and slightly cheaper (in my country).
I've searched some reviews. HardOCP and jonnyguru said that FSP was no good as it had large ripple/noise. But the efficiency is good (Some source said it may reach 80+gold). Any ideas ?

There's a difference between quality and efficiency.

Always take a higher quality unit with lower efficiency over a lower quality higher efficiency rated unit.
