Question 6200 - 6400mhz for AM5?

6000mhz has been the sweet spot/stable speed for AM5 since release.
But how about now? With recent BIOS update, is it viable now to run "plug and play, enable EXPO" at 6200 or 6400mhz at stable speed? Aka no manual tuning whatsoever. Especially with B650 & X670 board.
I'm very noob about memory, so I'm open to enlightenment.

I've built a system for a friend with this kit;

paired with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D on an MSI B650i Edge WiFi motherboard, that was around March of this year. You just need to look for a ram kit with AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it, in hindsight, with the latter BIOS updates, you should be able to utilize X.M.P profiles too.
