620w enough for overclocking r9 280x and i7 3770k?

i have a Cooler Maste 620w ThunderM, msi r9 280x and i7 3770k. is the psu enough? i overclocked my i7 3770k @ 4.5ghz and i'm having some trouble overclocking my gpu, the default clock is 1050/1500 and i can't get pass through 1100 mhz. thanks in advance!

If it helps u at all I had an 8120 @ 4.4ghz and two Radeon 7850's @ 1150core and 1450memory on a corsair tx650, worked fine, I believe the 2 7850's draw more power than a r9 280x

is it an 80+ psu?

yes your fine, its an average but decent power supply, you won't have any problems, 80+ rating or not.
