I'd redirect you the opposite route to the above user, I'd get the FX 8320 and R7 265. You can't have a higher clock speed as a factor when comparing two CPU's like that, it doesn't make any difference. The CPU will not need to be upgraded as soon as the graphics card, as graphics cards tend to be outdated before a CPU does, when it comes to the time of upgrading the CPU may bottleneck the newer card making you need to upgrade both. the FX 8320 is a great CPU, and as far as bottlenecking goes, it ha the ability to handle much better cards.
As far as the graphics card goes, put in another $20 and grab yourself a R9 270, worthwhile over the R7 265 and is very close performing to the 270X. It is one of the best value cards out there for...
