I'm hoping someone here can help me fix this issue. Every now and then my computer will randomly crash with this message

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 116
BCP1: FFFFFA800F19D250
BCP2: FFFFF88004A18E30
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000002
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Microsoft says that it's a memory failure but their memory tool has indicated that my RAM is fine.

Other research points the video card which is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti (current driver is 320.49 which is the most up to date driver). Nvidia's forms don't seem to be much help, they just advise you to download a beta driver in which my experience never goes well.

Processor: AMD Athlon II x 4 645 3.1GHz
RAM: 16GBs

Does anyone here have a fix (outside of building a new rig) for this issue?

Code 116 actually refers to the graphics settings in connection to the programs those which are using your graphics card. So not only an update can solve this problem but many times updates are made for the graphics card driver but still code 116 may remain. So if this happens after an update then please check your graphics settings. GEFORCE 335.23 is the most up to date driver uninstall your 320.49 drivers and then in stall the current one from the link below.

Updated the driver and it still crashes and restarts my computer
