64 bit or 32????

i am going to build a new pc soon, it will be my first desktop build so im new to this. im going buy windows 10 as my operating system, do i have to specifically buy 32 or 64 bit depending on a certain component or something? or can i just choose which one?

Once you buy it you can install 32 or 64 bit. In most modern PCs you will want 64 bit as it is able to make more than 4GB of system RAM available to be used. Assuming you have 4GB or more RAM installed. Again with many modern PCs, 4GB is inadequate for playing newer games but is fine for simple task like web browsing or simple games.

You should use 64bit for a new build. The 32 bit version only exists for compatibility with old/low powered systems.

Unless you have 2GB RAM or lower, or a specific need for the 32bit, get the 64bit.
