64-bit PCI

I have seen a lot of Dual CPU Mobo's that have 64-bit PCI slots, but I was wondering if there were any single CPU mobo's (specifically for Athlon XP) that had the 64-bit PCI slots. I have yet to find any.

nope, but you can buy a duel mobo and run a single processor, also the only thing that can run on a 64 bit PCI is a RAID controller, and unless you have a couple of SCSI drives laying around your not going to flood a 32 bit PCI bus, maybe a having 5+ drives in an array will push it to its limits...
