Question 64 bit Windows gives bluescreen error.

My pc has 4 GB RAM and an intel i5 64 bit based processor, however whenever i install a 64 bit version of any windows the computer shows a bluescreen error and always shuts down. Its very irritating but i cant seem to find any help online.

I dont have much info about how to give the correct specs but i will do my best.

Motherboard- GIGABYTE Ultra Durable (LGA 1150) B85M-D3H
There is no graphics card.
Zion 4GB DDR3 RAM
The monitor is a HP W2271d
The processor would be an intel i5-4440 @3.10 Ghz
Display adapter is Intel HD graphics 4600
Windows 8.1 32 bit
