The Crucial M4 is a popular ssd and it is relatively trouble free. However I should point out your motherboard does not support SATA 3 6Gb/s ssd's. Your motherboard only supports SATA 2 3Gb/s ssd's.

You could install a SATA 3 6Gb/s ssd in your system and it will work because SATA 3 is backwards compatible with SATA 2. However, the ssd will experience a performance hit. A SATA 3 ssd will be restricted to SATA 2 performance levels. Typical users usually won't notice the difference.

If you decide to purchase a SATA 2 ssd, the Samsung 470 is an excellent choice. The 470's have an established track record and are problem free.
