64bit or 128bit ?

i wanna buy a new graphic card. because my old graphic card (EN8400GS 256MB 64bit) when im using it when playing League of Legend sometimes it lag a bit. So im buying new 1GB graphic card and dunno wat to chose between 64bit or 128bit.

My PC spec:
OS:Windows Vista
Processor:Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz (2CPUs) ~3.0Hz
RAM:4GB
DirectX:10

my monitor is 20inch, means 1600x900 for desktop. but in game i change to 1024x768. and when other champion come to me my fps from 50fps decrease to 20-15fps

any solution ?

Your CPU is very old as well so don't waste too much money on a graphics card. Something like a GT 240 would probably be appropriate.

^Depends on your motherboard and how much you are willing to spend. 4GB is enough, but if you buy a new motherboard your going to have to replace the ram (I'm assuming you have DDR2?). If your motherboard supports them you could get a cheapish core 2 duo or dual core pentium CPU that would be a big improvement over your single core p4, but that would only be a low budget solution that would last you maybe a year or 2. Your best bet is just to start over and build from scratch and sell what you have to cover some of the costs, you don't really have any good parts that would be worth re-using in a new build.
