TL;DR: 4x16GB with XMP, 2x16GB dont.
Hey, I have a problem with the RAM CMT64GX4MZ3600C18 XMP profile.
If I use all four sticks (4x16GB) with XMP profile ON (18-22-22-42 1.35V) = windows freeze.
If I manually change the voltage to 1.37V = all work well.
Except for voltage, the rest of the BIOS settings for RAM is in a default state. So four stick with 64GB total work good.
Problem: If I put only two sticks (2x16GB) of the named RAM = bios resets to default and do not allow XMP to be enabled.
Debug steps taken:
Stats:
Mobo gigabyte Z390 UD(rev.1.0)
BIOS Ver. F10e (latest)
VGA Brand other - Aorus
VGA Model 1080ti
CPU Model i5-8500 (no OC)
Memory Brand Corsair
Memory Part No. CMT64GX4MZ3600C18
Memory Size 64GB/ 32GB
Power Supply Seasonic focus 850W
Operating System Win 10 64-bit PRO (latest)

Debug steps taken:
- Rotated different sticks and slots (A1,B1 - A2,B2), no changes.
- Used 2x8GB HyperX 3600Mhz (DTMS0891763), XMP works fine on full auto.
