Hi all,

We have installed a beautiful iiyama 65" touchscreen which works great except for what we want to use it for: for dragging appointments around in Google Calendar.

The dragging and dropping works great except in Google Chrome, Firefox and Edge. When zooming into a website, it seems to move the page around rather than dragging the object. I have messed around with the gesture touch settings of Windows 10 but I couldn't get it to work. I have also tried to enable all the touch options in Chrome, and also tried it with all these functions disabled:

I have tried it on another Windows 10 computer and there the same thing seems to happen. I feel like there are touch or gesture settings that I seem to be missing, does anyone have ideas that I could try?

Hey there,

Can you list your PC specs in full?

Are all system drivers up to date, including chipset and GPU? What cable do you use for the TV? HDMI, DP?
I exported the PC specs, you can find them here (DxDiag). The cable is a HDMI cable + a USB Touch controller cable. The manual mentions they are plug & play. I'm now looking for chipset and GPU updates, haven't checked that yet!

Have you another HDMI cable to test with? Your laptop is quite old. Have you another laptop you can test with?
Hi Roland, thank you for the suggestions. I updated the chipset and GPU, but it did not make a difference. Also tested with another laptop (DxDiag), but it has the same issue. The HDMI cable came with the touchscreen, I will bring another one on monday.
