I'm currently using over 7 years old Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze (black label, non-modular) with this setup:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AF
GPU: Asus RX 470 4GB GDDR5 ROG STRIX
Mobo: Gigabyte B450 GAMING X
Memory: Patriot Viper BLACKOUT DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz CL16
SSD: Adata SSD Premier Pro Sp550 240GB
Case: Corsair 200R

In the future I will definitely want to replace the graphics card with something much stronger and that even now I do not really trust this power supply so I'm looking for something reasonably good and not very expensive under 65eur/75usd. Preferably 650-700 watts

You're going to have to spend a bit more to get something acceptable. Any of these are far better than what you have now. Availability depends on...

I think the Bitfenix, built by CWT, is the better unit. It's not modular so more care will need to be taken routing the cables to give a clean appearance. If the area you live in is very hot, be sure your pc case has adequate ventilation.
