Theres no point in getting a 990fx motherboard if you aren't going to overclock, and if you are going to then i most certainly would get an aftermarket cooler.

Here's what I'd personally do, Much better performance at the same cost. Great if you don't have the money to do regular upgrades and should last you quite a while.
