650 euro pc

Hello i would like to make an 650 euro gaming pc is this parts any good or are there better
Cpu:i5 7700
Gpu:gtx 1060
Mobo:msi h110m gaming
Hdd:1 tb any
Ram: ddr 4 g skill aegis 8 gb
And a psu with 30 euros
Is this desktop good for with that money i can take something more better?

how did u manage a i5/gtx1060 build with 650 euro? eve with a sub par 30 buck[which is a big no-no] i wpuld estimate it to come near 700 euro.
anyways, i would suggest a ryzen 1500X on a b350 mobo over the i5 now. better bang for buck. this is what i would build :

the i5 u mention is either a 7500 or 7600. the 7700 is an i7.
a ryzen on a b350 overclockable mobo is a definite plus.
the 1600 performs better due to 3 cores on each CCX in the chip. if can bump up to 1600, thats the only change u need to make 😉

Is it worth to add more 250 euro to this build and keep that monitor or to make a pc with 700 euro and buy an 144 hz ?

a strong CPU is always a plus, and u checked that box with the 1600. that monitor is still good with a 5ms response time and IPS display. if u r gonna change anything, save up big and go for a 500 buck vega with a 2k HDR 144hz monitor down the line 😉
