There are a few problems with that list. First, the mobo you've chosen isn't a true 900-series chipset board, but a 770 with an AM3+ socket and 3rd party controllers tacked onto it. For $75, get this one instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157364 . Pass on the cheap MSI boards; they have weak VRMs that pop under load.
Second, you'll undoubtedly want to overclock at least some (otherwise an i3 is the stronger choice in this price range), which means you need a cooler. I use Xigmatek Gaias on my systems, and recommend them over the comparable but generally more expensive CM products: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233082 . Right now it's at $30, but is frequently available for as little as $20.
Finally, the Corsair "Builder" units are made by CWT, not Seasonic, using some inferior Samxon capacitors known for early failure under stress. Ok in office builds, I wouldn't put one in a gamer. Choose a Seasonic-built unit (their own, or XFX) or a Super Flower built Rosewill Capstone instead. For that build, you only need 450W, 500W-550W for future upgrade headroom.
