Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range: Up to $650 after tax/shipping/rebates.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Web browsing, non-intensive software usage (documents, basic photo editing), music playing, steam.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I have Amazon Prime.

Location: Seattle, WA

Parts Preferences: Intel i3/i5, recent gen, could be convinced to go AMD.

Overclocking: If it's not too much extra ($30-40), this would be a nice option to leave open for the future.

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1080p

Additional Comments: I don't want to spend more than $60-70 on a case, but would like one that will last through a few builds. I also need suggestions for a decent budget mobo.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I do not currently have a basic PC for General Life Things that can't be handled by a tablet or chromebook.

Mobo and case were picked at random.

1) The MB is fine because you can't OC the i3-4130.
2) Why not get the i3-4130 from amazon even it is only $2 less. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EUUKVXM/?tag=pcpapi-20
3) The case you may think to get that can bottom mounted PSU, USB3.0 port in the front panel, also has 120mm fan that will have better airflow, etc. Like this (you may find other one because I don't know you like that style) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147185&clickid=wF7zxmR9X0oEVKjQZUzyCXfUUkTUXJTJyyIc1U0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na
4) Yes, AMD is other good choice.
