650 Ti help

I plan on buying the 650 Ti when I show my "asian grades". So I bought this HP h8-1234 about 5 months ago and I was wondering if this 650 Ti would be good on a 300w power supply and does it require a 6 pin connector or something (I dont know much about GPU's lel)? And I am also buying from Best Buy (I know its bad).
