650 watt or 750 watt PSU?

Here's my specs:
i7 4790K
ASUS Strix GTX 970 (8 pin connector)
8 GB RAM
ASUS Z97 A Mobo
One 1 TB HDD
One DVD drive
One 1080p monitor

The Enclosure has 2 fans and a 2 front 3.0 USB ports. I may add an extra fan. I'm going to use the stock CPU cooler.

Should I get a 650 or 750 watt PSU for this build?

I would say it depends on the actual units. I would take a high quality seasonic 650 watt vs. almost any other 750 watt power supply. a high quality 650 should even be able to hand 2 gtx 970 in sli.

Both would be more than enough to run that set-up with overclocking. The 750W if of quality would be enough to house an additional 970 in SLI, down the road.

650 watt will be more than enough.
i7 ~90 watts
970 ~150 watts
rest around 100 watts
total 340 watts (which is 80% of watts needed with an 80% efficiency psu). Just make sure the psu can feed enough amps for the 970, which is around 28 amps on the 12v line.

edit: if you are overclocking these numbers will go up of course.
