650 watts or 750 watts PSU

Hi guys, I would just like to ask what brand and watts can you recommend for my build (i intend to overclock it (as high as my luck of getting the best I7 allows me as i understand its more of a lottery but assuming i reach say 4.8) using Asus overclocking thingy as I am not really that much savy as far as that thing hehe

Anyway here are my specs
I7-4770k
Asus Z87 Pro
G-Skills Trident X 2400hz (2x8) 32 GB all
Palit GTX 650ti 2GB DDR5
Swiftech H320
Thermaltake Core V71
2 Samsung 840 256 SSD
2 HDD (1 seagate 7600 rpm and 1 WD green)
I intend to do push-pull config in my water cooling plus put other fans

This is just by the way only for my hobby which is music production though I intend to play with it. No plans of doing crossfire or SLI in the near future. Just Left for dead perhaps if there is new hehe

Also say for example I opted to used 750 watts PSU, can I plug it in a 500 watts AVR only or i have also to upgrade the AVR to a much higher watts.

Thank you for the kind and immediate reply. In this case, may I ask if the corsair vs650 650 watts would be ok already?

Also what about the AVR, say if I opted to used the Corsair VS650 650 watts, would it be safe to plug it on a 500watts AVR or I also have to upgrade my AVR to say 700watts.

Yes it will easily run your specs.
