Approximate Purchase Date: The sooner the better but at the latest first of the year.
Budget Range: anything up to $650 will go up to $100 over budget if it increases performance at a noticeable level.
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming while streaming (Games such as Minecraft, League of Legends and maybe possibly BF4), recording console gameplay and streaming (this is equally as important as the previous, Editing and rendering videos in 1080 with sony vegas (with maybe dabbling in Music prod. but that is most certainly not a priority) and last but not least Watching Movies and doing School Work.
Are you buying a monitor: yes, and will use my 32" tv as a second monitor until I get a second one.
Parts to Upgrade: Building completly from scratch.
Location: United States, New York & Florida just depends on when I am able to get all the parts.
Parts Preferences: I do not have any I am relativly new to this I have built older computers in my engineering class but nothing on the level of this new tech. that being said I am hoping you all can enlighten me.
Overclocking: It is not a priority to me but if it must be done then I will do it.
SLI or Crossfire: IDK? sorry for being usless here
Your Monitor Resolution: N/A

I can "get" an OS I prefer Windows 7 but if I can have that included into the build that would be awesome. I plan on going with a wired connection. I would also like to have an SSD to boot quicker and have my editing programs run smoother. An awesome plus would be a case that is windowed or a case that can easily be modded and and fans that are lit with LEDs (if that is unattainable just let me know all though I really hope it is) Also I do not know if I will need sound cards or anything of the kind so again I am hoping you all may be able to enlighten me on the subject. We all have to start from somewhere right?
