When comparing both, they both look pretty even per anandtech's benchmark. I''m looking for a card that can allow me to play high/ultra for a good 2-3 years, and one that fits between my $150-175 budget.

The Radeon seems to have slightly better hardware, but the Nvidia seems to have great hardware too, and Nvidia drivers are usually spot on.

Here's what I'm looking at:

Neither of those cards will allow you to play on high/ultra at 1080p currently with 60fps, much less the next couple of years. I would wait and save up to buy something more powerful once prices (hopefully) drop when AMD officially announces their next line of GPUs.

Well ya can start with one 650 Ti Boost for $150 ish ... then SLI it later on

You can play PhysX games with the GTX 650 Ti Boost.... Call of Duty: Ghost, Batman: Arkham Origins, and the Witcher 3 are upcoming, and existing titles include: Bureau: XCOM Declassified, Borderlands 2, Planetside 2, Metro Last Light, Hawken, and Rise of the Triad.
