Btw I don't really need 650w but they're the same price so is the 650w better? I was originally going with EVGA because I've heard good things about their psu's but idk what to do in this situation. Also I would like a quieter psu and idk what they sound like.

imho they are both good enough psu even for a gaming rig.
But it seems the Corsair CXM 650W has the edge here: 650W is enough for any upgrade but dual-gpu.
