650w enough for r9 290 and fx8350?

the 8350 would be overclocked to 4.7ghz and i would overclock the 290 as well. the psu im looking at is a antec earthwatts 650w has 38a 12v1 38a 12v2 what if i dont oc the 290 and just the 8350 would the earthwatts 650 be enough?

also have 1xssd 2xhdd 3 case fans

You'd be cutting it close. I'd go with a 750W PSU, just to be on the safe side. Good choice on the PSU make/series though - go for a more powerful one of those.

its should be more than enough. Check this link, full load in crysis 3 and furmark the total power system consumption didn't even reach 400w. So given all the overclocking you want, still have headroom

I have i5 4670K and r9 290 on a 650w corsair RM650.
I recommend the Corsair RM series and 650w should have at least 50-100w free wich is great!
