I don't think anyone did. The OP was reading a review(s) where the card used 380w, not that there were recommending using a 380w psu.You're fine with the CM 650W. But no one would seriously recommend any 380W PSU with that gfx card.

That seems implausible.I just bought a Sapphire nitro rx 5700 xt , i have seen reviews saying it can use 380w.
I'm kinda in the dark on that one too. The Cooler Master MWE Gold 650 seems like a solid enough PSU to me. (for what it costs, it should be) Surely enough for the 5700XT.So not good because? The 3 reviews I read are all positive.
