I have an almost 5 year old Corsair RM650 80 plus gold with 9800X3D and now I found 4070 Super for cheap, is that psu enough/still good or should I upgrade? I read that the card's recommended is 750? But somewhere people also say that 650W is enough. So which one is it?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Which RTX4070 Super do you have? What did the PSU power prior to today? A reliably built 550W unit should suffice for the RTX4070 Super but having headroom is a good idea, which is why a 650W/750W unit is a good idea to have for the your build.

Thanks!
It's the Asus GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER DUAL EVO - OC Edition. And before I also had the Asus brand dual OC 4060Ti 16 Gb.
