How much cheaper is the 650W Gold?

Is 650w gold really enough for this build with rtx 2070 super or say 3070 super if released plus 4x 140mm pwm RGB fans with headroom? No plans to sli.

@jonnyguru - Can you explain the differences between the GX model and the GM model? Unless there is some significant differences, I can't see any reason not to go with the 650 GM Gold.

GX is fully modular. GM is semi-modular.

If being fully- or semi-modular is the only difference, then I have no problem with the Focus GM Gold 650 watt unit. I mean, it's not like you're going to run the system without the 20+4pin Main or 4+4pin EPS anyway, so who cares if they're not removeable?

If that's the case between 650w gold and 650w platinum then, should I just go for 650w gold which is the cheapest among the list, or go 750w gold or 850w gold for the safe side ? (as I am looking forward for rtx 3070 super if ever 3k series and its specs are true)

Unless you're going to be running a 375 watt graphics card and a 220 watt processor, a quality 650 watt power supply is more than enough for any single graphics card system.
