Here's my build and I want to know if using a corsair vs650w is good for this build.

Amd Ryzen 1500x
Gigabyte a320m ds2
Palit gtx 1050ti 4gb
Hikvision 240gb ssd
Seagate 1tb 7.2k rpm
15" LCD monitor

Solution
Go for a 550w unit from seasonic or corsair. It's still overkill but will most likely outlast your current build and has enough headroom for a stronger gpu if needed.

That's what I thought. The problem is, the store that I'm going to purchase my parts doesn't have any other parts than this psu. Is it going to affect my pc's performance if my psu is overkill?

No, the PSU will only supply as much power that is needed.

You will be fine.

This is why you buy 80+ certified PSUs. So they don't waste too much power. There will always be more power draw than you actually need.
